Let automation do the heavy lifting:
Say “goodbye!” to tedious record keeping
With decisions that affect taxpayers, you want to be able to go back & identify what decisions were made & why. Our app tracks the application every step of the way, so you have a clear path.
Homestead credits may be different than the residential, ag or commercial values today. Our system provides clear record keeping for the value used to calculate the homestead credit year after year.
Ensure fairness & consistency:
With a program that is going to have financial implications for both the county & the taxpayers, you want to ensure that there is a clear judgement process. Manual applications pave the way for individual judgement & interpretation. Using our automated processes, you can ensure that each application is treated with the same scrutiny across the board & the ordinance is interpreted the same way each time.
Make your processes quick & painless – for everyone!
This kind of broad program will receive a high volume of applications from many taxpayers. Our system ensures that the form intake & processing systems are quick & painless for both taxpayers and county officials.

Easy Identify Verification
Using a combination of documents submitted with the application & Driver’s license scanning, the app can easily determine if the information can be verified with the submitted documents or needs additional verifications. Applicant only need to have access to a camera on their phone or laptop to use the ID scanning features. We use the verification processes to detect if an ID has been added to more than one property application, or if a parcel number/parcel or property location don’t match the information that was supplied from the assessor’s application.

Simple & secure Document Processing & Verification
When you’re dealing with a process that requires verifying identities, protecting documents becomes a bit more difficult. Our homestead Pro only verifies information without storing copies – so you don’t have to worry about compromising sensitive information. Use homestead pro to collect scanned copies of required documents to ensure that taxpayers receive only the credit entitled by law.

Entire Process:
Taxpayer submits application
Collector Receives Application
Taxpayer brings signed application to Collector
Collector scans QR code & uses homestead pro to determine if the application requires further review, or if they’re ready to be accepted.
Approved application is “transferred” to the assessor’s office to determine what portion of a parcel or account should get a credit
After assessor review, the application goes back to the collector to apply to the bill.
